The Meta-Story.

Tonight, my piece has two dedications

The first goes to none other,

Than Gorjeoux Moon.

Attending her exhibition last week,

And reading the first chapter of her book

Inspired this piece.

The second,

Goes out to the regulars

Y’all who stick around till the end.

You have heard debuts and finales; friendship and love; arrivals and departures; birthdays and deathdays; coming-of-ages and coming-outs; mirrors and vampires; inner children embraced, and inner children killed.

More than that -

You are yourselves part of these stories.

The experience of art is in itself a form of art,

and Today I will give you one more piece to add to that meta-story -

For the people paying attention.
